GC Polyols Company Limited (GCP) has signed a distributorship agreement with Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC). The purpose of signing this agreement is to nominate TTC as an exclusive distributor for GCP, TTC will support in distributing 50 percent of GCP’s products. GCP will leverage TTC strong logistics and networks for penetrating high value-added performance chemicals, enabling not only growth opportunities but also increase competitive advantages in the fast-growing polyurethane markets in South East Asia and India.
GCP Executives Mr. Patiparn Sukorndhaman, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Ms. Kornkamol Korpaisarn, Managing Director together with TTC Executive, Mr. Kazuyuki Urata, Executive Officer jointly signed the agreement. In addition, Mr. Narongsak Jivakanun, Member of the Board of Directors of GCP and executive members from PTT Global Chemical Plc., had kindly joined the event as an honorable guest.
