  Mr. Varit Namwong

  CHAIRMAN

  Mr. Varit Namwong is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Value-Added Products and Acting Senior Vice President, Green Chemicals Business Unit at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited. He also serves as the Chairman of HMC Polymers Company Limited, GC Marketing Solutions Company Limited and PTT Asahi Chemical Company Limited. His other director positions include the Director of PTTGC International Private Limited and Director to Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Director to Risk Management Committee, Global Green Chemicals Public Company Limited.

  Mr. Namwong holds a Master of Business Administration (International Program) from Ramkhamhaeng University, Thailand. The Bachelor of Business Administration from Assumption Business Administration College, Thailand. He received a diploma, National Defence College, The National Defence Course Class 61 – 2012, National Defence College of Thailand (NDC).

  Ms. Pattaralada Sa-Ngasang

  MEMBER OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  Ms. Pattaralada  Sa-Ngasang is currently the Executive Vice President reporting to Chief Financial Officer PTT Public Company Limited and  Executive Vice President – Finance and Accounting at PTT Global Chemical Public Company. She also serves as the Chairman of GC Treasury Center Company Limited. Her other director positions include the Director of GC Oxirane Company Limited, Director of GC Logistics Solutions Company Limited, Director of PTTGC International Private Limited, Director of PTTGC America Corporation, Director of PTTGC America LLC, Director of GC International Corporation, Director of Vencorex Holding and Director of Emery Oleochemicals UK Limited

  Ms. Sa-Ngasang holds a Master of Business Administration and the Bachelor of Accounting from Thammasat University, Thailand. She received Mini Master of Business Administration, National Institute of Development Administration. Ms. Sa-Ngasang received a diploma National Defence College, The National Defence Course Class 61, National Defence College of Thailand (NDC).

  Mrs. Warawan Tippawanich

  Mrs. Warawan Tippawanich is currently the Executive Vice President – Corporate Strategy at PTT Global Chemical Public Company. She also serves as the Director and Chairperson of the Business Advisory Committee, Vinythai Public Company Limited and Director of Solution Creation Company Limited, Director of GC Ventures Company Limited, Director of GC Ventures America Corporation, Director of PTTGC America Corporation, Director of PTTGC America LLC and Director of PTTGC International Private Limited.

  Mrs. Tippawanich holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

  Mr. Shinya Fujibayashi

  MEMBER OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  Mr. Shinya Fujibayashi is currently the Deputy Division Manager of the Urethane Division at Sanyo Chemical Industries Company Limited. He has more than 20 years-experience in the Urethane field, mainly R&D and production division at the company or its affiliates. He has engaged in manufacturing Thermoplastic Poly Urethane (TPU) for Automotive Interiors for 9 years at Sanyo Chemical Texas Industries LLC in Texas USA, where he served as Quality Control Manager and President.

  Mr. Fujibayashi holds a Master of Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, from Kansai University, Japan.

  Ms.Kornkamol Korpaisarn

  Member of Board of Directors

  Ms.Kornkamol Korpaisarn is currently the Managing Director at GC Polyols Company Limited. Before joining GC Polyols Company Limited, she acted as the Vice President of Business Transformation and Integration Management at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited and as a Chief Executive Officer of Auria BioChemicals Company Limited. Ms. Korpaisarn served in various director roles at Emery Oleochemicals (M) Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, Emery Specialty Chemicals Sdn Bhd, Malaysia and NatureWorks LLC, USA.

  Ms.Korpaisarn holds a Master of Business Administration from University of California at Berkeley, USA and also the class valedictorian with the 1st Class Honor for the Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from Thammasat University, Thailand. She has completed many other executive programs including a Private Equity Training at Euromoney Training, United Kingdom, a Director Certification Program (DCP) Class 165/2012 at Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) and the Board Role’s in Merger and Acquisition Year 2011 at Thai Institute of Director.
