Credit Facility Agreement

GC Polyols Company Limited signed Credit Facilities Agreement with several financial institutions to build and operate a polyols plant with capacity of 130,000 tons per year, polymer polyols plant of 30,000 tons per year, and premix polyols plant of 20,000 tons per year. The project located in Hemaraj Eastern Industrial Estate in Rayong. The commercial operation is expected in 2020.
