  Mr. Saroj Putthammawong

  CHAIRMAN

  Mr. Saroj Putthammawong is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Value-Added Products at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited. He also serves as the Chairman of HMC Polymers Company Limited, GC Marketing Solutions Company Limited, GC Logistics Solutions Company Limited and Director of PTT Asahi Chemical Company Limited. His other director positions include the Director to Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Director to Risk Management Committee, Global Green Chemicals Public Company Limited.

  Mr. Saroj Putthammawong holds a Master of Business Administration from Thammasat University, Thailand. The Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.   Mr.Thitipong Jurapornsiridee

  Mr. Thitipong Jurapornsiridee is currently the Executive Vice President – Finance and Accounting at PTT Global Chemical Public Company. He also serves as the Chairman of GC Treasury Center Company Limited.   Mrs.Chananchida Wiboonkanarak

  Mrs. Chananchida Wiboonkanarak is currently the Executive Vice President of Corporate strategy at PTT Global Chemical Public Company.   Mr. Kenji Nishiyama

  MEMBER OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  Mr. Kenji Nishiyama is currently the Group Manager of Research & Development, Department Polyurethane Division at Sanyo Chemical Industries, Ltd. He has more than 25 years-experience in the polyurethane field, mainly R&D division at the company or its affiliates. He had worked at GC Polyols Company Limited for 2 and half years from 2020 as Division Manager of Research & Development Department, where he has engaged in setting up the R&D Department transferring Sanyo’s polyurethane development technology to GC Polyols, and developing polyol products for polyurethane foam application.

  Mr. Nishiyama holds a Master of Materials science and Engineering, applied Chemistry, from Ritsumeikan University, Japan.

  Ms.Kornkamol Korpaisarn

  Member of Board of Directors

  Ms.Kornkamol Korpaisarn is currently the Managing Director at GC Polyols Company Limited. She also serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Business Development and Commercial Excellence, PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited. Chairman of PTT Asahi Chemical Company Limited, Chairman of Solution Creation Company Limited, Chairman of ENVICCO Limited, Chairman of Revolve Group Limited and Director of Executive Committee and Risk & Audit Committee, Emery Oleochemicals UK Limited.

  Ms.Korpaisarn holds a Master of Business Administration from University of California at Berkeley, USA and also the class valedictorian with the 1st Class Honor for the Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from Thammasat University, Thailand. She has completed many other executive programs including a Private Equity Training at Euromoney Training, United Kingdom, a Director Certification Program (DCP) Class 165/2012 at Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) and the Board Role’s in Merger and Acquisition Year 2011 at Thai Institute of Director.
